Our Remodeling & Home Renovation Process

From that small deck addition, to your whole home remodel, we are ready to help make your vision come to life! Our remodeling and construction services team has developed a process to help make your next home remodeling project a breeze. Step 1: Initial Consultation and In Home Meeting

During this initial step our Remodeling Services team will schedule a time to meet with you at your home for an initial project consultation and review. At your initial consultation, our remodeling team will be able to access your project, establish the scope of work to be done, review any concerns or limitations to accomplishing your end goal, and provide you with a ball park figure for what your remodel or addition project may cost.

Step 2: Selections & Trade Measure

Once we have the initial scope of the remodel project defined we can move on to our second step. During this phase you will be working with our award winning designer at our in house design center to pick out the new finishes for your project! We provide a one-stop-shop experience for all of our home renovation clients by providing all of the samples that you need to design your new space all under one roof! Gone are those days when you need to spend countless hours driving around town to different show rooms and working with 10 different reps just to pick out the finishings for your space!

While you are working on the fun stuff our 3D Designer will be building a 3D photo realistic model of your project and our trade contractors may need access to your home to gather some initial information for the final project bids and measurements.

Step 3: 3D Design & Project Details Review

Now that we have all of the details for your project figured out, we will be ready to sit down with you to review the 3D rendered model of your project, the general construction steps associated with your remodel, any questions or concerns that you may have, and the finalized project bids. At this stage we will finalize the contract details and we will be ready to get your home renovation project scheduled and moving forward! That’s right! Just like you see on HGTV we include a 3D photo realistic rendering with with home renovation project that we do at no additional cost to you!

Step 4: Demolition and Construction

Now that all of the details for your project are finalized and everyone has a good understanding of the remodeling work to be completed we will get your project moving forward! As the project progresses you will have a weekly meeting with your project manager to review the progress of the project as well as any other questions or concerns that arise during construction. We will wrap up the project with you by completing a punch list walk through to complete or adjust any loose ends!
